TANK20 Athleten - Vorstellung Benjamin Krimer

TANK20 Athletes - Introduction Benjamin Krimer

In the world of sport, there are individuals who transcend their own achievements and leave an indelible impact on those around them. One such remarkable individual is Benjamin Krimer – a name that has an unmistakable ring to it in rugby and sports physiotherapy.

Benjamin's journey began in the heart of rugby, where he spent his youth at SC1880 Frankfurt from 2001 to 2008. Under the watchful eyes of his coaches and teammates, he not only developed his sporting skills, but also his unwavering will to always strive for greater things. But he was soon drawn across the borders to New Zealand, where he developed his talent further at Macleans College and held his own in the rough and demanding New Zealand rugby scene there and at Grammar Carlton RFC.

His return to Germany in 2009 brought him back to the local rugby landscape, where he embarked on an impressive career in the 1st Rugby Bundesliga. His years at SC1880 Frankfurt and later at RK Heusenstamm were characterized by tireless training, iron commitment and countless games in which he demonstrated his skills. Benjamin's successes speak for themselves. He went through the German youth national rugby teams U17-U21 and achieved numerous championship titles and cup victories at national and international level: winning the North Sea Cup in 2012, German champion in 2009 and the German runner-up championships in 2010 and 2011, winner of the DRV Cup in 2009 and 2010 and German 7s Rugby champion in 2010.

But Benjamin's influence extends far beyond the playing field. His passion for physical therapy and tireless commitment to the health and well-being of athletes led him to establish his own private physical therapy and training practice, Movement , where he not only provides rehabilitation and injury treatment, but also helps elite and recreational athletes alike achieve their physical goals and reach their full potential.

As a qualified physiotherapist and sports physiotherapist, as well as a certified personal trainer and IRB Strength & Conditioning Coach, he has established himself as an expert in his field. His expertise in movement analysis, rehabilitation and performance improvement has given him the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in sport. Through a cooperation with official sport services, he and his team were able to support the New Zealand national rugby team, the All Blacks, in their preparation for the World Cup in France, and through the same cooperation, the NFL teams of the Indianapolis Colts, the Miami Dolphins and the Kansas City Chiefs at the Frankfurt Games. Under his supervision, SC 1880 Frankfurt brought the German championship title to home soil last year. Benjamin has proven to be a trustworthy partner for athletes at the highest level who come to his Movement practice every day.

But it's not just professional athletes who benefit from Benjamin's expertise. His practice opens the doors to anyone seeking rehabilitation, training, or simply a healthier lifestyle. His holistic approach to health and fitness has helped countless people achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

For Tank20, Benjamin Krimer is not just a testimonial, but a symbol of dedication, passion and excellence - values that our brand also embodies. We are honored to have Benjamin as part of our network of inspiring personalities who are constantly redefining the boundaries of what is possible.
